All scores, "doubling" values and point bids in the Arena are simulated game points. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn, and are not money, credit, securities or an investment of any kind. Nothing here is an offer of securities or a promise of returns. Doubling every 30 seconds is a game mechanic only.
Purchases are not open yet. Auctions that close while purchases are disabled create no order and no obligation. When card purchases open, payment is by credit or debit card through Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. What you buy is a starter software package for the listed idea, not finished software.
The Arena is operated by the OS V01D project. Spectral HX is a planned Canadian federal corporation; incorporation is in progress and it is not yet incorporated.
Display names must be 24 characters or fewer and not offensive. We may remove names or bids and rate-limit traffic.
No sign-up is required. We store only the display name and bid amounts you enter, and a tamper-evident log of arena events. Your IP address is kept briefly in memory for rate limiting and is not written to the log. No tracking cookies are used; your browser stores your display name and sound setting locally.
