Draft AUP for OS V01D, Chuck, Hector, Nemesis Neural Mesh, DoomChaT/Y, Spectral HX SaaS and related sites. Forms part of the Terms and EULA once finalized.
General
Use the services only in compliance with Canadian and local law (Criminal Code, Copyright Act, PIPEDA, CASL, Competition Act, human-rights, export and sanctions rules).
Prohibited
- Unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, or attacks on systems you do not own or lack written permission to test.
- CASL-violating spam; impersonation; harassment; CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery; incitement of violence.
- Circumventing licence keys, seats or technical controls; selling or publishing keys.
- Instructing AI features to do any of the above, to generate exploits for unauthorized targets, or to make sole automated legal-significance decisions without human review.
AI agent rules
Agents may act only within permissions you grant. Actions that spend money, message third parties, delete/exfiltrate data, change security settings, or are irreversible need explicit owner (or designated admin) approval first. You remain responsible for pre-authorized recurring actions.
Enforcement
We may warn, disable agent features, suspend licences or accounts, and report unlawful activity, proportionately to the violation.
