Terms of Service
These draft Terms cover software-as-a-service subscriptions for Spectral HX sold at osv01d.org/spectral-hx. Spectral HX is being incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (for-profit). Until a certificate of incorporation is issued, the owner contracts personally from Ontario, Canada; on incorporation the agreement may be assigned to the corporation under CBCA s.14.
Plans and pricing (from the live product page)
- Founding Personal — US$49.99 / month (1 seat)
- Founding Pro — US$79.99 / month (3 seats)
- Pro — US$199.99 / month (gated)
- Enterprise — US$299.99 / month (gated)
Founding prices are locked for 24 months while continuously active. Annual billing gives two months free. Currency is USD; Ontario HST (13%) or other taxes may apply. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Billing, renewal, cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 internet-agreement disclosures and cancellation rights apply where you are a consumer. See also the Refunds draft.
Licence and AI
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the seats you buy. Downloadable software is also under the EULA. AI features (Chuck and related) may be inaccurate; you must review outputs. Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Privacy and messages
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy (PIPEDA). Commercial electronic messages follow CASL (consent, identification, unsubscribe).
