What we use
- Strictly necessary — session, security, load-balancing and consent preferences required to run the site and account.
- Functional — remembering UI choices such as the Spectral HX skin picker (stored locally where possible).
- Analytics — only if enabled after owner review; will be listed here by name before use.
- Marketing — not used on the Spectral HX marketing pages as of this draft; affiliate link tracking (e.g. Dub) if enabled will be disclosed here and kept CASL-compliant.
