End User Licence Agreement
This draft EULA covers downloadable Spectral HX / OS V01D components (including Chuck as bundled software) licensed per copy. SaaS access is also governed by the Terms. Incorporation pending under the CBCA; owner contracts personally until then.
Grant
Subject to payment and this EULA, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for the seats and devices allowed by your plan. You may not share, resell, sublicense or circumvent licence keys or seat limits.
Restrictions
No reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by law; no removal of proprietary notices; no use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law (including Canadian criminal, copyright, privacy, CASL and export rules).
AI features
Chuck and related copilots may propose or run actions only within permissions you grant. High-impact actions (spend money, send messages, delete data, change security settings) require explicit owner approval. You must review AI output before relying on it.
Open source
Third-party open-source components are provided under their own licences; notices will be shipped with the product.
Disclaimer and liability
Software is provided AS IS except where consumer law says otherwise. Ontario consumer rights that cannot be waived remain. Liability caps and remedies will follow the long-form EULA after lawyer review.
